Mother Bear of the deep caves, please join us this night as we honor Her body that provides so much for us.

Bright winged Eagle, please join us this night as we honor Her breath that flows through our bodies.

Fire Lioness Cub, please join us this night as we honor Her spirit which is in and around us.

Selkie, please join us this night as we honor Her flow which is cleansing and and brings new life.

Lady and Lord please join us this night in our work, commune with us, enjoy with us.

Focus on what you want to see new in your life this next year and work to see it in the water.

Formal Grounding:


All clasps hands. Raise them high, and visualize the power flowing downward through your hands. Ground and center, and Leader gives line, and coveners repeat:

"Source to source"
Flow through me
Above and below,
Turn to return,
Clearly
Fade to grow.

So it shall be.
Spell make it so!"

Lower your hands toward the ground. Exhale, and feel the power leave your hands and flow down to the ground and see it be absorbed into the earth.

Feast:
HPS Blesses drink--as the athame is to the lord so is the chalice to the lady..... bless this drink so that we may partake of thy bounty.

HP Blesses cakes--as the earth feeds the grain, so this bread feeds this body that we may not be in want.


Each covener gets to color a picture and blow some bubbles. Allow the inner child to break through a little. The Maiden is coming out with the change of the moon.
